Alexander Mironenko made his first appearance for Team X-raid in the 2011 Silk Way Rally. The Russian has got many years of rally experience under his belt – inter alia due to several Dakar appearances. In 2010, he finished seventh in the overall ranking of the Silk Way Rally. In his first Dakar appearance at the wheel of the BMW X3 CC, in 2012, he came 15th.
